Our Experience

Provida commenced business in 1999 and is a software company specialising in ERP Software (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM Software (Customer Relationship Management) and web software development (shopping carts, B2B). Provida has over 400 corporate clients around Australia and Asia.

Provida's head office is in Sydney and we have a large branch office in Melbourne and a small office in Brisbane. In 2008, we opened a Beijing office. In total we have 22 team members in our offices. A vast majority of these staff are client facing and we pride ourselves on having some of the best trained and most experienced consultants and developers in the industry.

Provida has been growing steadily since 1999 through organic growth and acquisition. During that time Provida has developed its own comprehensive set of implementation and support methodologies to ensure each and every interaction with our clients is a professional one.

Provida deploys and upgrades Sage Accpac ERP, Sage X3 & Sage CRM software solutions. Sage Accpac, Sage CRM, Sage Micropay, Sage X3, Sage Timberline and Sage Saleslogix are all ERP and CRM products that are part of the global Sage software family. Sage ERP & CRM software packages are market leaders in the Tier 2 software bracket. These solutions are designed for companies that turnover between 10 and 150 million Australian dollars per annum. A typical client of our would have between 50 and 500 staff.
