Methodology: 
Step 1. Create a Specification of the Customisation based on the Proforma Specification.
Step 2. Develop the Customisation (for either Sage Accpac or Sage CRM).
Provida develops software in Visual Basic and Visual C++ and uses all facets of the Sage Accpac or CRM Software Development Kit (SDK). The development process includes internal unit testing.
Step 3. Test the Customisation on Copy of Client Data Off-Site Using the Same Database and ERP version/edition.
Step 4. Install the Customisation.
Step 5. User Acceptance Testing.
Test documents are to be provided by the client. Provida may be commissioned to design the test documents, but usually they are more successful if the client designs them in-house.
Step 6. Any Changes Out of Scope Must be Submitted by the Client Using the Change Request Form.
